       Regular Fees

1.    We accept cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa.

2.    For dentures, partials, crowns and bridges, 60% of the total fee is due at the beginning of treatment.  The

        remaining balance is due upon completion of treatment.

3.   Ninety days same as cash or extended terms through Care Credit is available.  Please ask for an application if  you

      do not already have a Care Credit charge card.  Minimum charge is $300.  You must have good credit.

4.    You may make payments ahead until you have enough money in your account to pay for the services needed.

5.    We accept insurance as payment according to the insurance company, however we are not on any provider's

        list.  We do not accept any type of Medicaid or Medicare.      

DISCOUNT FEES FOR DENTURES AND PARTIALS   

For dentures and partials, we offer a discount of approximately 5% for payment in full at the beginning of treatment by cash or check, NOT INVOLVING CREDIT/DEBIT, CHARGE OR INSURANCE.
