After two years of college, Dr. McIntyre enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1965.
One year after completing basic training at Parris Island, he graduated from
Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia, and was commissioned. Dr.
McIntyre obtained a History degree while on active duty. He graduated from
The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1982, and practiced ten
years in Knoxville before moving to Columbus in 1993. Dr. McIntyre is a
member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and keeps up to date on the newest
developments by taking numerous
continuing education courses.
Dr. McIntyre has been married for 41 years, and has
one son, a career Army warrant officer, and one granddaughter.
Dr. McIntyre has a private pilot's license and enjoys gardening, welding, woodworking and computers.
Chassidy is from Glasgow, Kentucky. She has been a dental assistant for two years, and had several years of experience as a nursing assistant. She enjoys shopping and walking her dog.
Kayla is from Americus, Georgia, and lives in Smith Station, Alabama. She is married and has one daughter. Kayla attended Columbus Technical College for the Dental Assistant program. She enjoys reading, playing cards and spending time with her family.
Angie was born and raised in Phenix City, Alabama. She is married and has three wonderful children. Angie attended Troy State University for Business and Marketing and received her Certified Nursing Assistant diploma. She enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time.
Cindy Khoury is Accent Dental's dental hygienist. Originally from Mansfield, OH, she is a graduate of Ohio State University and Middlesex Community College of Massachusetts. She served honorably in the United States Air Force for five years. She has 14 years of combined dental and small business management experience. In addition to dental hygiene, she is a fitness instructor and expert classical pianist. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
